The building committee has ALMOST chosen a contractor to provide pre-construction services. This contractor will work with our committee and architect to: 1) Maximize our space, 2) Ensure flexibility & functionality, 3) Cut costs, & 4) Provide a maximum guaranteed price. These services are to be completed by November 1, 2009 . The plans will then be submitted to the authorities for a building permit. Constructions could begin as early as January 1, depending on the permitting process and the contractor chosen for the job.

The building committee will be meeting with the Deacons on June 28, 2009.
